P & S PRIMER is a single component, water based, high tack vapor permeable primer specially designed to provide increased and strong adhesion to vapor permeable self-adhered air barrier membranes and compatibility with good adhesion to the most common building material substrates used in construction of vertical surfaces.

Usage
P & S PRIMER is used as a primer in conjunction with self-adhered, vapor permeable membranes for applications over substrates that are difficult to achieve adequate adhesion to without the primer.
Use when applied to masonry, concrete, non-treated wood, drywall and metal, including polystyrenes (XPS-EPS) Dens- Glass- Gold polyisocyanurates and other substrates.

Application
- All surfaces shall be dry and free from dust, dirt, grease, oil, or other loose materials.
- Apply by roller, brush or airless sprayer at the approximate rate from 250 to 500 sq ft/US gallon, depending on substrate texture and porosity. Do not over apply.
- Allow primer to dry fully before installing self-adhesive membrane.
- Install membrane in accordance with manufacturer’s written instruction.
Clean Up: use WATER to clean fresh material; use MINERAL SPIRIT for cured films.
Precautions
- Protect from freezing during storage, shipping and application.
- Apply under dry conditions and temperatures above -4°C
- KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.
